Self-Care Workshops With Licensed Clinicians
Our self-care workshops are designed to encourage addressing mental health issues. We create a safe place to discuss self-care needs by bringing licensed clinicians to you, without the barrier of figuring out the system, because your mental health is just as important as your physical health.

On the Job Training – We offer self-care training sessions for organizations and companies in West Michigan.

Our Purpose:
  • To equip individuals and families who are willing to change with opportunities for a better life. We provide participants with information and licensed professionals to make wise choices and offer suggestions. Local agencies, businesses, and organizations are also referred to.
  • To empower individuals and families to believe in their abilities to achieve their goals. To go after their dreams by making wise choices and to make use of local resources in their communities. Positive Impact for Life solicits, collaborates, supports local volunteers from all areas and backgrounds of life, aid and assist those who need such services and trainings.
  • To educate individuals and families on the social, educational, economical and psychological level by making them aware of innovative approaches to dealing with various life situations. Barbara Coloroso once said, “The beauty of empowering others is that your own power is not diminished in the process.”

Inspirational Vocalist...

Three words describe Malique; "dynamic, anointed and transformative." Malique Grear is an inspirational vocalist and motivational orator. For more than 21 years, she has traveled the United States and abroad transforming the lives of diverse audiences.

Malique’s work is highly recognized in collaborative efforts with gospel recording artists Marvin Sapp, DD, Joe Pace, DD and Charsie Sawyer, DMA, Professor Emeritus and former Director of Vocal Studies at Calvin College. She has shared the stage with Micah Stampley, J. Moss, J.J. Hairston, James Fortune and Todd Dulaney. Her unique brand of delivery is deemed as having the ability to soothe the soul. Malique’s purpose is to use her gifts as guideposts to assist others in navigating through life’s most challenging and difficult circumstances.

Her quest is derived from triumphing over several life-altering experiences, including the murder of a loved one, hospitalization for heart surgery, and triumphing over depression and sorrow. These poignant experiences have compelled Malique to be a beacon of healing and wholeness. She finds immense joy in encouraging others to live past the moments that overwhelm to the peace that awaits.

Production Manager...
Malique’s expertise includes executive level production management, human resources, music production and facilities operations. She was the Senior Production Manager on three of Dr. Joe Pace’s cds. Locally, Malique masterfully organizes and manages seminars, schools, hospitals and company events.
